# Ledgermere

> Ledgermere is a fixed-fee bookkeeping firm for property managers and small businesses in the US and UK. It does monthly bookkeeping and catch-up bookkeeping inside the client's own Buildium, QuickBooks Online or Xero account, reconciles every bank, card and trust account to its statement, and closes the books on a date agreed each month. If a close is late, that month is free.

- Buildium bookkeeping: $450/month up to 100 units, $850 for 101-300 units, $1,450 for 301-600 units. Includes monthly three-way trust reconciliation, owner statement review, security deposit tie-out (Growth and up) and January 1099 preparation. Catch-up $250 per month behind up to 100 units, $400 for 101-300, minimum $750.
- QuickBooks Online and Xero bookkeeping: $250/month up to 100 transactions, $400 for 101-250, $900 up to 400 with a 13-week cash forecast. Catch-up $150 per month behind up to 100 transactions, $250 for 101-250, minimum $450.
- Turnaround: monthly close on an agreed date; up to 12 months of catch-up closed within 14 working days of access; replies within one working day.
- Guarantees: a late close is free; accounts tie to the cent or the fix and that month are free; first month refunded within 30 days.
- No setup fee, no hourly billing, no contract. Prices fixed for twelve months.
- Not included: income tax returns, payroll processing, paying bills on the client's behalf. Ledgermere is not a CPA firm.
- UK: VAT returns prepared for Making Tax Digital; MTD for Income Tax quarterly records; white-label bookkeeping for UK accountancy practices at £15, £30 or £55 per client file per month.
- Team: bookkeepers in Lahore, Pakistan, with one named bookkeeper per client. Access is a user in the client's own software; never bank logins. NDA and data processing agreement signed before access.
