The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Booking requests are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that message.
How long we keep it
- Booking details and messages from people who don't become clients: 12 months after our last contact.
- Contact details of people at firms we have contacted: until you ask us to stop, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.
- Client working papers: for the length of the engagement and six years after it ends, to meet record-keeping duties.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we use to run the business: our email provider, website host, form delivery service and messaging apps, and the accounting software you already use. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Where it's handled
Our team works from Lahore, Pakistan. Pakistan does not have a UK or EU adequacy decision, so transfers from the UK use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and transfers from the EU use the Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for a copy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. You can object to marketing at any time: reply "stop" to any message from us and we stop. We reply to requests within one month.
If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EU, contact your local data protection authority. US residents can ask us what we hold about them and to delete it.
Changes
We update this notice when what we do changes, and change the date at the top.
